課程概述 |
何為政治—是一個人與人的行為的互動過程；在此過程中，人(包括集體與個人)為了維護既得利益或追求未來利益，運用資源與策略去操縱他人之行為，使其進入前者所期盼之模式。所謂利益，包括具體的(如麵包)或抽象的(如愛情)，大規模的(如國家與國家之間爭主權與領土之完整)或小規模的(如推銷員賣產品)。所謂資源包括有形之物力與無形之精神力；所謂策略包括獎勵、懲罰、說服等。似無疑問地，處於現代社會就是處於複雜的政治現象之中，幾乎無人可以孤立生存，倖免於參與程度不等的政治。

課程目標 |
課程預期目標—本課程假設大學生在生涯之規劃與訓練的過程中，「專業」(professional)知識固不可缺，「政治」(political)知識更不可少。因為前者讓吾人擁有一技之長以求「安身」，後者則協助吾人了解自我與人際關係之本質，進而獲得「立命」(fulfillment of life)。也就是說，生命最大極限的成就與快樂。是以本課程旨在傳授學生一些基本的「放諸四海皆準」的政治行為法則。以及最重要的「目前流行於全世界」的政治制度與意識形態，使學生具有解析日常生活所面臨之政治現象的能力，成為「專業」與「政治」素養俱佳的領袖人才。 |
